| so it has been a busy two months since i last posted. the wedding and reception were both wonderful. i will post pictures here sometime. right now there is a website that my sister set up that has a few pics. http://www.flickr.com/photos/leslieandclintwedding friday we leave for jamaica and i am so excited about that!! it will be beautiful! gradutaion was also nice...but i wish i could get a job. i have passed out resumes and letters and have applied online to lots of places. i hate waiting. well i am going to go pack and clean the house. stay tuned. | | |
| so of course...i love spring break. it's already half over, but i have done so much....just an inside peek of my busy-ness: *mailed the wedding invitations
*went to the bank and library
*changed my oil
*attempted to get my tires aligned...but instead found out that one wheel was bad therefore resulting in the pulling of my car...so they switched the tire sides but i will need a new tire soon
* finally visited the gym
*vaccuumed my car
*clea...no SCRUBBED the shower 3x's
*wrote 1 of 3 papers
*graded half of my students' papers
*and much much more tomorrow...i am planning for next week as well as working on my resume and portfolio and then line dancing!! which has easily become one of my favorite things to do. i love it!  today we visited our house...they installed the flooring and carpet...only a few more things to do. next tuesday is our walk through to find any mistakes...then the following tuesday we close!!!! yahoo! then the 21st and 28th i have bridal showers...fun fun. not to mention that the 20th is my last day of student teaching. woooo. the 23rd is my last class of undergrad!!!!!!!!!!! hot diggity dog. the 27th-28th is our garage sale. may 4th-6th we are moving into our NEW house!! may 12th dad is having a cookout for my grad e ation then the 13th is THE graduation...followed by bachelorette weekend...you know the rest. check out my pics of our house as well. tatatatata | | |
| my student teaching is more than halfway over!!! it's going really well...and my mentor teacher has been really helpful to me. so this experience wasn't anything to be anxious about after all. our house is coming along quite nicely.....CHECK OUT THE PICTURES SECTION...i updated the photos. that's all for now...i gotta go to bed. :) | | |

| started student teaching this week...so far so good. i haven't done a whole lot of teaching yet...partly because of all the school missed last week from the snow. i really like the kids that i have...they are all so nice and polite (all for the most part...tehey have brain farts sometimes). my teacher and i planned next week out today...i am in charge of the reading and morning work next week. my teacher also told me that he gets $75 to buy workbooks or other teacher stuff...but he said that i can pick stuff out of a catalog or go to the teacher store in avon and use the money. he says that he already has plenty of stuff. so that's pretty nifty. they started building our house wednesday...so far the frame is up for both floors but we haven't seen it yet...so now i have to go becuause that is where we are headed....peace | | |
